Good morning, Peter. So Yodlee is not doing its job linking up with my TD Bank bill pay service. I have linked my TD Bank account as well as its Bill Pay services. As an External Bill Pay Service, TD Bank does not get information; the TD Bankaccount itself updates, but the Bill Pay service does not.
I've put this on the Data Quality forum in case others are experiencing the same problem.

It looks like there is both an account id (11844800) and an item id (11327949). Here's the URL from my account details:
