Ok, I've really tried. Yodlee has the potential to be the best of its type, and I'm just not convinced it's going to happen. I will not rant about service requests going unanswered, or the endless duplicate transactions that occur, or any of the other recurring themes I see on the forums that I also have to deal with. You clearly know how to do this - your bank customers won't have it any other way. If you're going to try to supply the consumer market directly, we deserve no less. Please, either make a real commitment to that market, reinforced by bug cleanup and a radical improvement of service, or just get out of it altogether. I want to USE your site, not constantly fight with it.

Good morning, Peter. So Yodlee is not doing its job linking up with my TD Bank bill pay service. I have linked my TD Bank account as well as its Bill Pay services. As an External Bill Pay Service, TD Bank does not get information; the TD Bankaccount itself updates, but the Bill Pay service does not.

It looks like there is both an account id (11844800) and an item id (11327949). Here's the URL from my account details:
